as your personal assistant
Find movie listings, restaurants,
and other info on the fly
Let's face it, sometimes your cell phone browser is just too slow or the results are too difficult to navigate. If you're just looking for movie listings while you're out or need other information such as restaurant locations, weather conditions, driving directions, or definitions, Google SMS is the easiest way to get what you need fast. Just text your message to 466453, and you'll get an almost instant reply. For instance, if you text "pizza, edgewater, new jersey" you'll get a reply back with the locations and phone numbers of all the listed pizza joints in that town. Sometimes, it's the quickest way to get information even when you are in front of a computer, and if you're in a hurry to get somewhere, you don't even need a piece of paper to write down your location - the information's right there on your phone.
