Brokers associated with principal brokers can only conduct property management activity under the direct supervision of their principal broker. Address Change Reminder

OAR 863-15-0062 requires all real estate licensees to maintain a current mailing address with the agency, which is used to send all written communications, including renewal notices and the OREN-J. The rule also requires that all real estate licensees notify the agency of a change in mailing address within 10 calendar days of the change of address.

There has been an increase in returned mail recently, and the agency is charged a fee for each returned piece. Contact the Licensing Division at (503) 378-4170 selection 2 with any questions.
