Incomplete Forms Cause Delay

Forms to request license transactions such as renewals, transfers, license applications and registered business name applications cannot be processed unless the forms are filled out completely. When the Agency receives incomplete forms, it delays not only that transaction, but all of the others received. Please take an extra moment to carefully review all forms before sending them to the Agency. It typically takes two to three weeks for license transactions to show in the Agency’s database. Questions? Call the Licensing Division at (503) 378-4170, selection 2.
