When planning our Key Lime production schedule, the chefs in the Key Lime kitchen inadvertently forgot about tax season. Things currently look just about like this.



So, despite our best attempts we're not quite ready to release our Asian Zensation crop. As soon as we get everything fair and square with Uncle Sam, we'll celebrate Spring Break with our kids, and then add the finishing touches to the Asian crop. Since we're feeling badly about changing the release date to late April we'll have to think of a way to make it up to our Key Lime Insiders. Hmmmm....how about another give-a-way?
