Summer's over and my life/art/business mix is leading me in interesting directions.  I'm drowning in undeveloped film.  After a two week road trip through Canada and so many great shows this summer - over 40 rolls sit 2 feet away - staring at me.  Meanwhile, commissions are keeping me social and are becoming a great source of work.  And I was just interviewed for an upcoming Arts feature in the Chicago Tribune!  The piece will focus on toy cameras and should run in early/mid October.

Thanks again for your support...

{{{sunset}}}
{{{sunset}}} is a project helmed by Austin, TX  based headstock musician Bill Baird (AKA Blonde Bill).  The group evolved from Baird's earlier project, Sound Team.  {{{sunset}}} (which may or may not be an acronym for Super Ultra Neon Serendipitous Extreme Tongues) just released the full length The Glowing City (2008).  Self described as "old pop songs + ambient soundscapes + tape experiments", the new album is nothing short of psychedelic rock bliss.
