Have you taken those quizzes that identify you with a celebrity, personality type, or eating style? You know, answer nine questions and have deep insight into yourself. I did one comparing myself to women in the Bible.

This morning I thought about that quiz. Today I feel like Eve. She immediately covered up after sinning by making clothes for herself and Adam. Ever since, we've been covering ourselves up.

We do it with clothes, makeup, and other things. Advertisers tell us it enhances our looks. But I know better. I use clothing and makeup to hide things I don't like about myself. Names like cover-up and concealer even imply hiding something.

What if we chose one day to go without covering up and went without everything else we use to make ourselves more presentable. Would we notice the changes in each other, or would we be concerned about what others are thinking of us?

Most Saturdays you'll see the "real me." No makeup, no carefully styled hair, little jewelry, just the me I see every morning in the mirror. And I'm OK with that because I want to be like the original Eve who walked closely with God and didn't have anything to cover up.

Can you talk about the inception of MovieMinistry?

Marc:        MovieMinistry started when a group of guys got together and three of them had been involved in the build-out of some ministry-related websites. My background is that I spent over 20 years as a college professor writing and speaking about the persuasive power of film from a Christian perspective. They got together with me and formed this company.
