Junior High parents! With Summer just around the corner, let's connect! God is awakening students to see His love and grace found in Jesus. We leaders love to be part of it. For this reason we seek to do three things well:- Engage students with the Gospel and Scripture
- Develop leaders (both the students and volunteer adults)
- Partner with parents
Because you parents are the most influential factor in your child's life, we want to partner with you. Let us know how we can follow Jesus together.
A few happenings are worth mentioning:- Jr. High Summer camp is July 5-11 at Came Winema. The total $205 cost is ofset with a $50 scholarship for all WCC students (making the final cost $155). With limited spots remaining, signup for the camp and the scholarship online at willamettestudents.com. We've extended the deadline for the scholarship an extra week to June 8th.
- Sixth graders are joining the junior high group. On June 21st all grades will move up, with current and incoming sixth graders joining us.
- Look for a Parent-Pastor connect night in July. Details to follow in next update.
- An article in the June WCC newsletter highlights the Youth Pastor Search Process
Thank you for the responses and communication coming from so many parents. Every suggestion has been helpful. We aim to partner with you for the sake of your children knowing, loving and enjoy God more than all else.
For the sake of the students, because of Jesus,
 Jeff Patterson Associate Pastor
