Thanks to help from our friends at Project H Design and the San Francisco chapter of Engineers Without Borders, the Hippo Water Roller has been redesigned! The new and improved design is a two-part, nesting, stackable 'capsule' version of the iconic original, which facilitates the safe and efficient transport of water in the developing world. The new design has been optimized for shipping efficiency, enabling three times as many Hippos to fit in the same space!
To make the tooling for the new Hippo, we're launching the $25 x 200 Campaign, asking 200 supporters to contribute $25 each to help us cover the cost of manufacturing the new mold. Once it's finished, we'll be able to deliver life changing Hippos more cost-effectively, enabling us to reach people in need all over the world!
