CPA first-time pass rate ranks second nationally
Tull School of Accounting graduates boasted a 78 percent first-time pass rate on the CPA licensing examination, according to data compiled from 2007 graduates who took all four parts of the exam. It was the second-highest first-time pass rate of any university in the country. More »

Jerry Wilson on 'Managing Brand YOU'
On the newest Terry Third Thursday webcast and podcast, author Jerry Wilson (AB 1978) takes the audience through his stair-step approach to "Managing Brand YOU" that answers the question, "What if you thought of yourself as a brand?" Wilson was named Coca-Cola's chief customer and commercial officer, effective March 1.

Research validates workplace exercise programs
A workplace program that encourages employees to set exercise goals substantially increased the workers' physical activity, according to new UGA research. The study noted that most adults spend half of their waking hours at the workplace, providing opportunities for cost-effective incentives and interventions. More »

Alumni Awards and Gala set for April 25
The Terry College Alumni Board will host the 2009 Alumni Awards and Gala at the InterContinental Buckhead on April 25. It promises to be a spirited night of dinner, dancing, and support for the college through the Gala's live and silent auctions. More »
